Freelancer Office makes it easy for you to stay on top of your projects’ budget, costs, and due dates. Think of this as your command center for managing all of your projects in Freelancer Office. You can check on your projects’ budget at a glance with the budget progress bars. Here’s a breakdown of how it works:
To create your project. Go to Projects and click on button.
Enter your project details and your project description and Create Project
A new project will be created for you to add tasks, milestones, timesheets etc
To manage your projects better, you can use Milestones. A milestone is a target date, representing an important moment or goal in a project, like completing a certain part of the project.
Click on Milestones link and select button.
Enter your milestone details and click Add Milestone
Click on the Milestone Name to view Milestone Details
Select the Tasks Link, then button and enter the task information.
You can upload project files by clicking on Project Files link and button
To view your projects Go to Projects page
You can sort your projects using the Filter button
If you need to search through your projects, type your search words in the search box and a list of matching projects will be displayed.
You can also view a list of archived projects by clicking on button.
The project details page contains all the important project information.
You can restrict clients from viewing some functions using the Project Settings section
